The Position… In this diverse and fast-paced role, you will work closely with the Operations Manager to help coordinate and manage a fleet of 300 hire machines. Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Scheduling daily deliveries and pickups Taking bookings and assisting customers with hire enquiries Coordinating drivers and workshop staff Supporting general administration tasks Building strong relationships with new and existing customers The Ideal Candidate… The ideal candidate will be someone who takes pride in their work and brings a proactive, solution-focused attitude. While experience in equipment hire, construction, logistics, or a similar industry will be highly regarded, the company is also open to applicants who demonstrate enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
